Pakistan’s vaccination programme is showing good results, with a decrease in the number of cases, and will most likely be aided by the manufacture of a locally produced vaccine.
Residents who have been vaccinated can now get their COVID-19 immunisation certificates in person or online. What is the procedure for doing so, and what is the objective of obtaining a Pakistan vaccine certificate?
What is a NADRA vaccine certificate, and what does it mean?
The vaccination certificate from Pakistan certifies that you have received one or both doses of any vaccine that has been licenced in the country.
The National Database and Registration Authority (NADRA) has confirmed that single-dose and double-dose coronavirus vaccine certificates would be issued.
How do I receive a copy of my vaccination certificate?
- Residents can pick up their certificate in person for 100 PKR at their nearest NADRA centre.
- Alternatively, people who have been vaccinated can go to the NIMS website and enter their CNIC number and date of issuance.
- After paying PKR 100 by debit or credit card, they will receive their COVID-19 immunisation certificate.
- In addition, the NIMS has issued a guidance on how to obtain a vaccine certificate:
- Visit the NIMS website at https://nims.nadra.gov.pk/ to learn more.
- Enter the needed information by clicking on the “Corona Vaccine Certificate” button.
- Proceed to payment once you’ve completed all of the required fields.
- Payment in full
- Continue after printing the payment receipt.
- Examine the details.
- Your certificate is available for download.
- Visit the NIMS website and re-enter your information if you need to reprint the immunisation certificate.
Instead of going to step 2 and filling out more information, it will lead you straight to the re-print option.
